Child and Youth Protection Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in June 2008 in Nigeria. The founder was a visionary who had a passion for the proper development of children and youth. Child and Youth Protection Foundation is recognized as a movement that is working with government, churches, schools, communities and individual to achieve its vision. Child and youth protection foundation is registered with the Cooperate affairs commission of Nigeria and also recognised by the social development secretariat of the FCT. CYPF have a seven-membered board of trustees, which is chaired by Mr Wale Fakoya. The secretary is the National Coordinator Mr Kolawole Olatosimi. The office is run by staff and volunteers in the Abuja office, and in Lagos and Ogun it is run by volunteers.
