AAPECA is committed to providing public awareness campaign of all forms of mistreatment against the aged and children. We develop centres that offer socioeconomic relief to abandoned children or old people's family. We provide free health care delivery and rehabilitation to abandoned and mistreated elders and children. AAPECA develop activities to prevent such mistreatment. Such activities or efforts include awareness campaign, outreach, education (which focuses on behavourial change), media events, community sensitization in collaboration with other civil societies with similar vision and coalition with government agencies.

We work locally and regionally, while internationally we support or work in partnership with affiliates, associates and international partners to train, educate and empower adults to protect the vulnerable older people and children in the society.
