From My Heart to My Community Grace Foundation Zambia is a nonprofit, charitable, Christian relief and development organization. FMHTMCGFZ stands to contribute to the promotion of dialogue, solidarity, and social change. This contribution is to be enacted by correction of social injustices with recognition of others as being of equal worth of all men. The aim is to encourage mutual understanding among the people to improve people’s lives and strive for alleviation of poverty.

Also, this organization will seek to protect young people, give hope to the needy with care in the area of homes, literacy, and social support. It is the responsibility of every member and staff of this organization to be fully informed and versed in the objectives, mission, vision, and articles of this organization, to review this material, and to use it as a basis for living and practice.
