'COMBAT'ing violence against women

In Ghana, the Community-Based Action Teams (COMBAT)  programme is preventing and ending violence against women. This programme, which was developed by the Gender Studies and Human Rights Documentation Centre, recruits and trains community teams and mobilises state and community-based structures to protect women and girls. In this webinar, you will learn more about how the COMBAT programme from the practitioners themselves, who will illustrate how the programme has successfully shifted knowledge, attitudes and behaviours in rural Ghana to decrease violence against women and girls.
