TYCL is a youth-led non-profit organization started and run by college students from Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. Its aim is to bring positive change for youth, children, and their communities through safe, inclusive, participative and innovative leadership models. TYCL is working on THREE ZERO MISSION 2030 for Puducherry: #ZeroViolenceAgainstChildren, #ZeroYouthSuicide, and #ZeroAnti-EnvironmentalBehaviour among young people.
