Tanzania Peace and Youth Development Centre (TPYDC) is a community based organization (CBO) - a peace and youth-led which was established in 2013. The organization implements projects and services in human rights protection, peace reconciliation, health and education, and child protection in the Mwanza region of Tanzania. For more than 4 years, TPYDC's sole focus has been to help peace reconciliation and young succeed. Together with partners around the world, TPYDC is invested in ensuring human rights and youth develop the leadership, technical, and life skills to earn a livelihood. Whether it’s landing a first job, growing a business, or driving social change, every young person deserves the opportunity to realize his or her full potential. Rooted in the belief of youth as problem-solvers, change makers, and leaders, TPYDC's initiatives are catalysts for change.
