RIGHTS is a nonprofit started by few socially committed individuals during the year 2008. Based in Kerala, India, in its 9 years of existence RIGHTS conducted a number of studies and interventions on the issues of education and violence against children, especially, those who belong to excluded communities such as Dalits and Adivasis in India and South Asia. Evidence and findings of our studies and other engagement with communities has proved instrumental for both national and international advocacy efforts on education and violence against children.
