The Network for Human Rights of Children and Adolescents (Redhnna), is a coalition of social organizations, educational and community centers, as well as research institutes, advocates and practitioners working in promoting and defending the rights of children and adolescents in Venezuela, from the perspective of the best interests of the child and with the goal of ensuring the development and implementation of public policies linked with a “National Strategy rooted in the Convention” as quoted by the Committee on the Rights of the Child in its General Comment N° 5.
