Established in 2008, PathFinders serves pregnant migrant women and their Hong Kong-born children. PathFinders assists distressed, migrant women who are pregnant and have babies born in Hong Kong, with crisis intervention and by supporting their basic human needs and rights via eight core programmes, including:

• Child protection
• Mother’s protection
• Access to justice
• Access to healthcare 
• Education
• Outreach
• PathFinders’ Shelter 
• Home Country Integration

To date, PathFinders has impacted over 4,200 lives in Hong Kong. They have helped 1,400 newborns and toddlers (age 0-2) of whom over 140 would, but for PathFinders, have been at significant risk of abuse, neglect and/or trafficking.
