Legal Rights Foundation (LRF) is a registered not-for-profit organization working since 2007. It is registered in Karachi in 2011-12 under The Societies Registration Act 1860.

Guided by Gender Equity and Human Rights principles and approaches, LRF envisions a democratic, socially just, peaceful, empowered and inclusive society wherein all citizens, especially women, children, youth, minorities, transgender, and persons with disabilities may live under equal protection of law, self respect and dignity. LRF strives for rule of law, access to justice, sustainable development and works towards eradicating anomalies in the prevailing legislative framework. LRF advocates for improvement in laws, policies and practices; so they can be brought into the conformity with international standards and commitments. LRF empowers and assists communities and focal groups in their struggle to obtain a life of justice and dignity.
