ChildSafeNet

ChildSafeNet is a Nepal-based non-governmental organisation dedicated to making the internet safer for children and young people. Established in 2018, ChildSafeNet works to raise awareness on cyber safety and protection of children and young people from online sexual abuse and exploitation, cyberbullying, phishing and gaming addiction. The organisation focuses its work on developing toolkits, guides and resources as well as conducting research studies on online safety and capacity building of service providers.

ChildSafeNet is a member of ECPAT International, WePROTECT Global Alliance and SVRI (Sexual Violence Research Initiative) Global Research Agenda Advisory Group. ChildSafeNet is the national coordinator of the Safer Internet Day and the national curator of STOP.THINK.CONNECT campaign in Nepal.
