Agency Against Discrimination, Violence And Torture ( ADVTSOM ) is a Somalian NGO of registered not-for-profit organizations working with other local and international Partners advocating for the rights and wellbeing of the marginalized and vulnerable groups in all regions of Somalia through education, Human rights and empowerment Programs with special focus on women and Children ADVTSOM was registered with Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) in 2017 with a vision to create environment free from discrimination, violence and torture to ensure security and confidence among the local people, promotion of national stability, regional integration and resource mobilization. Agency against discrimination, violence and torture is a national organization based in Somalia and has operational presence in Mogadishu and Baidoa. ADVTSOM particularly focuses on advocating for inclusion and representation, fight against discrimination, violence and torture on any ground, such as: sex, race, color, language, religion, disability, gender, political or other opinion, Social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth, or any other status, ADVTSOM Fights violence, drug abuse, Corruptions, empower women, lobby education for all and encourage production safe sanitary pads. Advtsom Manages education umberella in South West Somalia Called Afeef Education Foundation composed of Eight Secondary and Primary schools, the Organizations also provides technical support to 29 Schools in Southwest Somalia and advocates with parents in Somalia to enroll their children to school focusing on Marginalized and Minority clans.
