Consultancy to Re-design the Theory of Change and M&E Framework for Safe Online

End Violence is seeking a consultant to refine the End Violence Partnership's Theory of Change for Safe Online to align with its new strategy and objectives and re-design the Safe Online results framework which will serve to demonstrate the investment portfolio’s expected and achieved impact. The consultant will also contribute to the streamlining of Safe Online’s monitoring and evaluation work with our grantees (present and future), including the development of the monitoring and evaluation plan for the portfolio/grantees.
